Edgar Okitoi earned his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons) from Uganda Christian University, Mukono. His academic interests lie in Philosophy, Commercial Law, and Insolvency Law, where he actively explores the intersections between legal theory and practical application.

Beyond his academic pursuits, Edgar is passionate about fostering innovation and critical thinking among university scholars. He believes that higher education institutions should serve not only as centers of learning but also as catalysts for intellectual and ideological transformation.

Edgar’s academic journey began at Bishop Cipriano Kihangire Secondary School, Luzira, for his O-Level studies, and later at Seroma Christian High School, where he excelled in History, Economics, and Geography, disciplines that have provided a strong analytical foundation for his legal and scholarly pursuits.
