SHABA ZARINA MUGENYI

Shaba Zarina Mugenyi is a Ugandan legal professional with a strong interest in legal research, writing, legal education, and professional development. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Uganda Christian University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (PGDLP) from the Law Development Centre (LDC).
Shaba gained practical legal experience through internships at the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where she gained exposure to legal processes, legal research, and the broader administration of justice and public affairs.
She currently serves as the Head of Research and Publications at Lawpoint Uganda, where she leads the research and publications team and oversees the development, review, and publication of legal content, including articles, case analyses, and educational resources. Through her work, she is committed to promoting accessible legal education, research, and knowledge sharing among law students and young legal professionals.
